Matthew 7
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
When I read this I think of prayer. A prayer with real intent, to do, not to simply hear.
I have experienced answers to my prayers through the power of the Holy Ghost .

I really like your comment that to pray with real intent is more than just hearing an answer from God; praying with real intent is about praying with the "intention" to do somthing with the answer God gives. I was really impressed with Joseph Smith, he went into the grove of trees to ask God which Church he should join with the intent to act on what God would tell him--this he did.
